John 11:40-44

Can you begin to imagine what this event was like? Mary and Martha watched their brother die AFTER they had called for Jesus, knowing that He could heal him. They dudn’t know He could resurrect their brother!

Did you happen to catch Jesus thanking God for hearing Him? He even said, “You ALWAYS hear Me.” God hears us too. Aren’t You thankful for that today?

I believe this was a foreshadowing and more. Jesus wanted to show God’s power as well as give a small sample of His own resurrection to come. How great is our God that He can bring the dead back to life? What a miracle!!
